In this message, we dive into the first part of a mini-series on "Spiritual Baptism," exploring what baptism really means in the Bible. Often misunderstood as just water baptism, the message clarifies that baptism is a broader concept of purification, sanctification, and new identification. Focusing on Israel's prophetic timeline, we look at how John the Baptist’s ministry played a crucial role in God’s plan for Israel’s cleansing. John’s water baptism was just the beginning of a three-part process, including baptism with the Holy Ghost and baptism with fire, all preparing Israel for the coming kingdom. We also explore how Acts 1 and 2 fulfill these prophecies, with the baptism of the Holy Ghost marking the start of Israel’s purging and the identification of the true remnant of God’s people. Join us as we break down the significance of spiritual baptism for Israel and how it sets the stage for their role as a kingdom of priests!

"Identifying the Body of Christ"

In this message, we take a quick look at the one baptism for the church, the body of Christ.  The shared identity of all the members with our Head, the LJC is the predominant issue of consideration.  This is different from the program of time past, for now it matters not whether we be Jews or Gentiles.  We are all made one in Christ by the baptism performed by the Spirit of God.  In additional to looking at the matters of our identity in Christ, we note a few notable distinctions between Israel's spiritual baptism and the one the pertains to us.  The end goal is to highlight the key points of this subject and emphasize the need to rightly divide the word of truth regarding these matters.
